All group members must sign the waiver before attending

Everyone attending must sign a waiver form before you can throw with Axe Throw Leamington Spa. Failure to do so will result in you not being able to throw with no reimbursement for your session.

When signing for a minor, you can do so whilst signing your own waiver. All adults attending must sign individual waivers.
