Axe Throw – Leamington Spa

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Axe Throw Leamington Spa (“we”, “our”, “us”), located in Leamington Spa, UK. By booking or participating in an axe throwing session, you (“you”, “customer”, “participant”) agree to these Terms.

• All bookings must be made online or directly with Axe Throw staff.
   
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
   
• Group bookings must be made by a person aged 18 or over, who accepts responsibility on behalf of the group.
   
• Prices are subject to change but will not affect bookings already confirmed.
   

• Cancellations made 7+ days before your session: full refund available.
   
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before your session: no refund.
   
• Sessions may be rescheduled (subject to availability) if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance.
   
• Late arrivals will result in reduced throwing time or refusal of entry, with no refund.
   
• Axe Throw reserves the right to cancel or amend sessions. In such cases, customers will be offered a rescheduled booking or full refund.
   

• Minimum age to participate is 8 YEARS
   
• Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
   

• Axe throwing carries inherent risks. All participants must follow the safety briefing and instructions given by Axe Throw staff.
   
• Closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times.
   
• Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate. No refunds will be issued.
   
• Axe Throw reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants who do not follow safety rules or behave inappropriately.
   

• By participating, you acknowledge that axe throwing is a potentially dangerous activity.
   
• You accept responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others in your group.
   
• Axe Throw, its employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, except where caused by our negligence.
   

• Axe Throw accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the venue.
   

• We may take photos/videos during sessions for promotional use. Please inform a member of staff if you do not wish to appear in such materials.
   

• Participants must behave responsibly and respectfully at all times.
   
• Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund.
   

• All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Axe Throw and may not be copied without permission.
   
• We make every effort to ensure information on our website is accurate, but we cannot guarantee availability or that errors will not occur.
   
• Online bookings are subject to confirmation.
   

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
