Hi everyone! I'm AJ, the creator and owner of Axe Throw Leamington Spa.  

I started this business with a simple goal: more freedom to spend time with my son, and to step away from the grind of the traditional 45-hour work week but..

It's also more than that. At Axe Throw, it’s not just about hitting the bullseye — it’s about creating memories. I’ve always been a big believer in making time for the things that matter most — family, friends, community and experiences that bring people together.

Axe Throw is built around that idea for myself also. It’s a place where mates can let loose, families can try something new together, and complete strangers can end up cheering each other on like old friends.

This isn’t meant to be just a business, it’s a community. And I want as many people involved as possible!

My mission as Axe throw isn't just to run a successful business, it's to bring together people of Leamington Spa and surrounding areas and provide people something to do that is out of the norm and will leave you feeling invigorated and empowered.

As well as the general Axe throwing sessions you can book, I will be hosting different events at Axe Throw like Dad and kids throwing sessions as, obviously having a son of my own and knowing how important it is to spend time with him and connect, this is something close to my heart.

Lonely dad's throwing club because being a single father myself, I know how lonely the journey can get and so I want to create a space where Dads can come together, throw some axes and spend some much-needed time with other dads. This will be open to all dads, not just single fathers. As parents we need a way to blow off steam and as much as we love our kids/families, we need to be around people that aren't them sometimes and make connections.

Related to this will be our Men's group. Mental health is something that cannot be overlooked these days as it's a very serious thing. One of my dreams that I will be bringing to life through Axe Throw is a bi-weekly men's sessions where we not only throw axes, but we use the space to open up and talk about anything we feel we need to. Whether that's things that are going great in your life, things that are not so great, family, job, feelings, emotions or anything else that you just want to chat about. There is going to be a safe space for men to come and do so.

Parking for several cars. We ask you to car share where possible to reduce the number of parking spaces needed for vehicles.
